This is one of the beefiest cutting board / chopping blocks we sell and would be right at home in any Chef’s kitchen. It is a Cherry end grain block. End grain shows less cuts and is the easiest on your expensive knife cutting edges, keeping them sharper longer. It measures 14.5” x 16” x 2.5” which provides a generous surface to work on. This is a heavy board and has stainless handles with stainless hardware. Finished with a food safe mineral oil and beeswax finish that is easy to maintain.
