This is the Ultimate Chef’s Cutting Board. Built entirely out of hard maple edge grain. It has a huge work area. This board is 17 1/4” x 24 1/2” x 2 3/8”.  This Chef’s board will handle all you can give it and look great doing it.  Large handles set in on each end will provide a good grip on this heavy board.
